Nancy Gildersleeve, MSL, is a seasoned professional in health program management with extensive experience in nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as Senior Program Officer at the Mother Cabrini Health Foundation since June 2021, Nancy is dedicated to improving health and well-being for vulnerable populations in New York. Prior roles include Executive Director of DSRIP Operations and Fulton Population Health Network at Adirondack Health Institute, where oversight of quality and financial outcomes was a primary responsibility. Earlier in their career, Nancy held various positions at the Capital District YMCA, ultimately becoming Director of Healthy Living, where the focus was on health equity and chronic health issues. Nancy holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Norwich University and a Bachelor of Science in Community & Human Services.
