Shweta Verma has a diverse work experience. Shweta started their career as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Metis Control Pvt. Ltd in 2015. Shweta then worked as an Executive at Absolute Insurance Surveyors and Loss Assessors Pvt Ltd from 2016 to 2018. Following that, they joined Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India Limited as an Executive and worked there until 2021. During 2021, they worked as a Software Quality Analyst Intern at STAD Solution and currently holds the position of QA Engineer at Motadata.

Shweta Verma obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from G.E.C GODHRA, where they studied from 2010 to 2014.
