Rob West is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people analytics, talent engagement, and financial analysis. At Motability Operations Ltd since October 2019, Rob has served as People Analytics & Engagement Lead, overseeing projects that enhance employee engagement and providing critical analysis on attrition, absence, and EDI data. Previously, Rob worked as a Vehicle Risk Analyst, where responsibilities included analyzing data sets and influencing stakeholder decisions regarding residual values. In earlier roles, Rob demonstrated project management skills as a Program Management Office Analyst and showcased financial expertise as a Commercial Finance Analyst at Travelport.
