Lloyd Jones is an experienced Agile and Engineering Practice Manager at Motability Operations Ltd since July 2018, where Lloyd previously served as Agile and Software Engineering Team Lead and Technical Scrum Master. Prior to this, Lloyd held roles such as Consultant Scrum Master at LTJ Agile Consulting and Agile Coach at Adventures with Agile and Bloomberg LP. Lloyd's earlier career includes significant positions at Motability Operations as a Software Architect and Analyst Developer, as well as Java Developer/Analyst Developer. Lloyd completed a BSc (Hons) in Computer Information Systems at the University of Bath from 2001 to 2005.
