Belinda Carley has over 23 years of experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Motability Operations since May 2000, Belinda effectively acts as an internal consultant, managing integrated HR services for the Commercial Services Division, encompassing around 500 employees. Previous roles at the same organization include HR Specialist, Organisational Development Manager, and Development Advisor, where Belinda was instrumental in aligning people initiatives with strategic objectives and optimizing employee potential. Prior to that, Belinda held the position of Training Manager at Special Delivery Services, establishing a training and development function for a customer service call center. Belinda holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) with Academic Honours in Industrial Psychology and Accounting from Rhodes University.
