Lukasz Kolodziejczyk has been working in the software engineering industry since 2015. In that time, they have held a variety of roles, beginning with an Intern Full Stack Developer at Recruitiva, followed by a Junior Full Stack Developer at Ringo Solutions. Lukasz then moved to DWF 3Sixty, where they worked as a Support Developer and configured a highly customizable claims management system, implemented vendor-specific business logic using MS SQL, and resolved minor bugs in C# and JavaScript code. In 2017, Lukasz joined Codethink as a Software Engineer, where they architected end-to-end software solutions for large problems, designed, implemented, tested, documented, and deployed a number of tools in Python, C++, and Haskell, and implemented CI/CD pipelines for multiple systems in Jenkins and GitLab CI. In 2019, they began working as a Senior Software Engineer at EPAM Systems, and in 2021, they moved to Mostly AI, where they continue to work as a Senior Software Engineer.

Lukasz Kolodziejczyk obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology between 2012 and 2016. Lukasz then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) in Advanced Computer Science (Intelligent Systems) at the University of Leeds from 2016 to 2017. In addition to their educational qualifications, Lukasz has obtained numerous certifications including a Mathematics for Machine Learning: Linear Algebra from Coursera in 2023, an Artificial Intelligence Nanodegree from Udacity in 2022, a Deep Learning Specialization from Coursera in 2018, a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in 2016, an Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer from Oracle in 2016, an AgilePM\u00ae Foundation from APMG International in 2016, a PRINCE2\u00ae Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2015, a Cambridge English Level 2 Certificate in ESOL International (Advanced) from Cambridge English Language Assessment in 2014, and a Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate from Microsoft in 2020.
