Paul Vargas, Esq., LL.M. serves as the Managing Attorney at Moskowitz LLP since February 2023. Paul has extensive experience as Mergers & Acquisitions and Tax Counsel at Vargas Law, a position held since February 2011, providing corporate and tax planning services and addressing tax controversy matters with various governmental agencies. Additionally, Paul is President and Attorney, specializing in tax planning for individuals, startups, and businesses, offering strategic guidance on investment planning, business entity selection, and tax filing requirements. Paul previously held positions as Of Counsel at Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek and as an Associate Attorney at Fiore Racobs and Powers, as well as Seton & Associates, focusing on community interest developments and small business formations. Educational qualifications include a Tax LL.M. from Loyola Law School and a JD from Cooley Law School, complemented by a BA in Political Science and Business from Loyola Marymount University.
