Saurabh Parakh began their career in 1999 as a Software Engineer at Sprint Nextel, where they managed the delivery of software development projects for the Network Provisioning and Inventory Management Systems as well as the Customer Acquisitions Systems. Saurabh was responsible for overseeing the development of scope statements, deliverables, product iterations and upgrades, and orchestrating the human and financial resources. In 2003, they joined Fannie Mae as a Sr. Manager in the Enterprise Risk, Pricing & Analytics Technology division, where they were responsible for building the industry leading Mark to Market Platform. In 2011, they co-founded MOSIMTEC, LLC, a Modeling and Simulation software and services business headquartered in the Washington DC area. As a Partner, they provided clients with decision support tools to make better decisions through the application of Modeling and Simulation Engineering. Saurabh also managed software sales, consulting, and training.

Saurabh Parakh completed a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology India between 1993 and 1997. Saurabh then went on to receive a Master of Science in Computer Science from George Mason University between 1997 and 1999. Finally, they completed an M.B.A. in Business Administration from Georgetown University between 2006 and 2009.
