Jim Gilbert is an experienced real estate professional with a diverse background in residential real estate sales and management, currently serving as a Certified Real Estate Pre-Licensing Instructor at Moseley Real Estate Schools, Inc. since September 2023. As a Broker Associate at The Gold Homes Team and the owner of Deanna & Jim's GOLD Team, Jim has facilitated the sale of over 600 houses over the past 12 years, specializing in various sectors such as first-time buyers, move-up buyers/sellers, and foreclosure avoidance. Jim's previous roles include time at Keller Williams Realty, Samson Properties, and REMAX, with significant expertise in negotiation and probate sales. Additionally, Jim has a strong foundation in technology and systems integration from a prior career that includes leadership positions at Northrup Grumman, Formtek, and FileNet Inc. Jim's educational achievements include an Executive MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Master’s degree in Computer Information and Control Engineering from the University of Michigan.
