Elena Knutsvik serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at MosaicTrack, a position held since October 2014, where the company provides a smart recruiting solution utilizing artificial intelligence to enhance talent acquisition based on cultural fit and skill set. Prior to this role, Elena co-founded Mosaic.ai in December 2016, focusing on AI-driven job matching technology. Elena also worked as an IT Consultant at Windgate Consulting Inc from December 2018 to February 2021, managing high-complexity software applications and aligning technical and business requirements. Earlier roles at Windgate Consulting included product development, UX, marketing, and research, as well as account management and web design. In addition, Elena has experience as an independent web marketing freelancer and as an account manager in the HR field. Elena holds an MBA in Public Relations from Saint Petersburg University of Telecommunications, completed between 1998 and 2003.
