Stephanie Martin is an experienced professional in social services and quality management, currently serving as a Quality Manager at Mosaic since November 2023. Prior to this role, Stephanie worked as a Social Services Specialist at Emerald Nursing & Rehab Brookside for a short period in 2023. From June 2011 to April 2019, Stephanie held a position in Social Services at Homestead Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, where responsibilities included MDS assessments, discharge planning, care coordination, and community relations. Additionally, Stephanie served as a Medicaid Waiver Service Coordinator at the Eastern Nebraska Office on Aging from 2005 to 2009, focusing on providing alternatives to nursing home care and developing service plans for elderly clients. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University and degrees in Health Care Management and Human Services from Bellevue University and Southeast Community College, respectively.
