Thomas Despain serves as the Regional Director of Operations at Mosaic since April 2022, overseeing the company's technology solutions aimed at enhancing scalability in residential construction. Mosaic, recognized as one of the fastest-growing construction technology startups, focuses on tech-enabled general contracting with comprehensive pre-development and general contracting services for build-to-rent and for-sale homebuilders and developers. Prior to this role, Thomas gained extensive experience at Dorn Homes from October 2017 to April 2022, serving as Senior Project Manager, and held several positions at SJ Homes from 2014 to October 2017, including Area Manager, General Superintendent, Superintendent, and Supervisor, where responsibilities included masonry, concrete finishing, framing, customer service, and subcontractor scheduling.
