Michael Grier is the Founder and President of MOSAIC Technologies Group, LLC (MOSAIC) and the CEO of PCS-MOSAIC, LLC. Prior to founding MOSAIC, Mr. Grier held management positions at the Boeing Company, Titan Systems, KPMG, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He also previously worked for McGraw-Hill’s Standard & Poor’s as an economist and software developer and was a published author in McGraw Hill’s Cost & Price Review. Mr. Grier has more than 20 years’ experience in strategy, technology and engineering consulting, project management, organizational development, process engineering, and busines development; he has successfully captured and/or led nearly $2B worth of business in the Department of Defense (DOD) and Intelligence Community. Mr. Grier was honored to serve in the United States Army where he specialized in Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical (NBC) operations and supported logistics and tactical psyops missions. Mr. Grier earned a BA in Economics, an MBA, and an MS in Systems Management all from the University of Maryland, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
