Sofía Nicholas currently serves as a Pharmacy Onboarding Specialist at Mosaic Pharmacy Service, focusing on medication management and utilizing Salesforce frameworks. Sofía is also a Graduate Research Assistant at Surrendo, contributing to a video game-based intervention aimed at improving endometriosis education for young Black and Latine menstruators. Additionally, Sofía has been an active Medical Reserve Corps Volunteer since March 2021 and previously held the position of Pharmacy Operations Manager at Walgreens, where participation in the Walgreens National Feedback Forum as a Region Representative was notable.
