Tammy McLane is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people and culture leadership, corporate communications, and strategic marketing. Currently serving as the Senior Director of People and Culture at Mosaic Family Wealth since August 2021, Tammy leads initiatives that enhance employee and client experiences while collaborating on the firm’s strategic direction. Previously, Tammy held various roles at Mid-America Transplant, including Vice President of Corporate Communications, where responsibilities included shaping the brand's internal and external communications and aligning operations with the organizational mission. Tammy's career also includes experience as an Advertising Coordinator at D'arcy Masius Benton & Bowles Advertising, and a strong educational foundation with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Southern Illinois University and a certification in Digital Marketing Strategies from Kellogg Executive Education.
