Noel Mendoza is a seasoned professional in child protection and substance abuse prevention with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Home Study and Post Release Services Training Officer and Child Protection Training Officer at the International Rescue Committee since January 2023, Noel has been with Mosaic Family Services, Inc. since September 2011, working as a Substance Abuse Prevention Specialist, and previously as a Human Trafficking Outreach Director and Home Study and Post Release Services Worker. With a background in creating and implementing educational programs for youth, experience in translating and facilitating community support groups, and a solid educational foundation with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and dual Bachelor's degrees in Sociology, Noel is dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable populations.
