Julia Meredith is a dedicated medical assistant currently employed at Mosaic Community Health since October 2023, with prior experience in the same role at The Center Orthopedic & Neurosurgical Care from January 2020 to October 2023. Julia has a strong background in fitness and education, having served as a fitness instructor at Bend Park & Recreation District and as a group fitness instructor at 24 Hour Fitness and Oregon State University. With a solid foundation in physical education, Julia has taught PE at various educational institutions including Ocean Charter School and Warren Elementary School. Julia holds a Master of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, both from Oregon State University.
