Troy has over 20 years of private equity experience, spending much of that time as Vice President of a well-known Calgary-based private equity operation. He has participated in dozens of private equity investments and divestiture initiatives. He has a broad set of experience in sourcing, negotiating and completing new investments, working with management team partners to grow their businesses and eventually realize on these co-endeavors. Troy joined Mosaic in 2013, taking an active leadership role in growing and professionalizing Mosaic’s diverse set of businesses. As Chief Operating Officer he is responsible for the leadership and performance of the Mosaic group of companies. He sits on the boards of a number of portfolio companies. Troy received an MBA (Finance with Distinction) from the University of Calgary and is a CFA charterholder (2000).
