Shubhi T. is a seasoned instructional designer with significant experience in educational technology and training development. Currently serving as the Lead Instructional Designer at Mosaic since November 2020, Shubhi was promoted within a year for exceptional client service and innovation, notably launching the Grid Ops SharePoint in 2023 to enhance knowledge management and workflows. Shubhi has also developed certified training programs for the US electric industry and conducted business training needs analysis for major North American clients. Previous entrepreneurial endeavors include founding effectiveEd.tech and creating an Android app focused on reading skills. Additional roles at Room to Read, the University of California, Berkeley, and various organizations provided extensive experience in training, education, and knowledge management. Shubhi holds a Master of Development Practice from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Rajasthan Technical University.
