The Project Analyst is responsible for supporting the project controls and project management team for large initiatives including reporting needs, scheduling maintenance and updates, budget tracking, risks and issues, and scope management. The Project Analyst supports project teams by helping to coordinate the schedule, cost, monitoring of risk/issues, and developing status reports as well as documenting meetings and action items.

Skills and Experience
Experience in project controls or management (member of a PMO team, business analyst, or related function).
Experience working on projects in a deadline-driven, collaborative project environment with changing priorities and client needs.
Experience working with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, SharePoint).
Experience working with scheduling tools (Microsoft Project or similar).
Advanced working knowledge of Excel functions.
Familiarity with Power BI a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
Strong client service mind-set.
Strong attention to detail.
Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.

Education
Bachelorās degree in business or related field or equivalent experience in lieu of education.

Physical Demands: While performing duties of job, employee must stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. Position requires extensive travel and ability to sit for extended periods of time. Specific vision abilities required by the position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Work Environment: Work environment can vary greatly depending on client and location. Reliable transportation to and from work location needed. Travel will be required depending on client/project needs.

A reasonable estimate for this position is $75,000 to $90,000. This position is eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus program of up to 5% of annual compensation. The bonus program is dependent on a variety of factors including organizational and individual performance.
