Diana Gabriela Cosovanu has work experience starting in 2014 as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Universitat de Lleida. Diana Gabriela then worked as a Research Staff member at the same university in 2016. From 2017 to 2021, they were a PhD Student and later a Research Assistant at Universitat de Lleida. In 2019 and 2020, they worked as a Guest PhD Student at DTU - Technical University of Denmark. Currently, they are employed as a Scientist at Mosa Meat starting in October 2021.

Diana Gabriela Cosovanu completed their Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Universitat de Lleida from 2011 to 2015. Diana Gabriela then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Applied Chromatographic Techniques from Universitat Rovira i Virgili between 2015 and 2016, specializing in Analytical Chemistry.
