Andy Bauch has a wealth of experience in the technology industry. Andy began their career in 2005 as a Software Engineer for the U.S. Treasury Dept, where they designed a software solution to manage payments up to trillions of dollars. From 2007 to 2012, they worked for Disney ABC Television Group - Video Platforms in various roles, including Software Engineer, Senior Systems Administrator, Software Engineer, and Database Administrator. In 2012, they became an Advisor and Chief Technology Officer for Cloud Cover Music, where they helped the company grow from 0 to 100 paying subscribers. In 2013, they Co-Founded and became CTO of SocialScrub, a social media filter for celebrities, and also became the Chief Technology Officer of Wizely Finance, a marketplace startup. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Chief Technology Officer of both Showroom Inc. and Vesta Home, and in 2018 they became the Consulting Head of Engineering and Head of Engineering at Sensei. Finally, in 2020, they became the Co-Founder and CEO of Morty.

Andy Bauch obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from Lehigh University between 2001 and 2005. Andy then obtained three certifications: Oracle Certified Associate in June 2007, IBM Certified Database Administrator in September 2006, and Sun Certified Java Programmer in October 2005. Finally, they completed a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science (Multimedia and Creative Technologies focus) from the University of Southern California between 2009 and 2011.
