Andrew is a partner in our Banking and Finance group. His main focus is on debt finance, acting for UK clearing banks and UK and international lenders. He also has extensive experience in the sale and purchase of loan portfolios.

He has more than 25 years' experience of advising clearing banks, funds and other financial institutions, specialising in corporate debt financings and general bank advisory work. His debt finance experience covers a range of sectors including acquisition finance, real estate finance and debt restructuring and insolvency.
