Harry Ellis (Milligan) is a Trainee Solicitor at Morton Fraser MacRoberts LLP since September 2023. Previously, Harry has served as a Shareholder Relations Associate and Company Secretary at Cranemere, where responsibilities included coordinating the shareholder relations strategy and managing company administration for group entities in the UK and US. Additionally, Harry worked as an Associate Company Secretary and Paralegal at ClearBank®, supporting the legal department with strategic partnerships and compliance. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Scots and English Law from the University of Dundee and a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from Robert Gordon University.
