Mike Carti has extensive experience in both the mortgage and sports training industries. Currently serving in Secondary Marketing and Processing at Mortgage Unlimited since April 2010, Mike also owns and operates X-Treme Lax Factory, LLC, a lacrosse training company, since November 2010. As the head coach for the Indian Hills Varsity Girls Lacrosse team since September 2009, Mike runs team activities and development. Previously, Mike was the owner of NJ Sports House, which operated from September 2014 to July 2022, providing various indoor sports facilities. Additionally, Mike held the position of Director of Lacrosse at Ultimate Sports America from August 2010 to September 2014 and worked in Secondary Marketing roles at Clarity Member Services and US MORTGAGE earlier in their career. Mike Carti earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Bryant University, graduating in 2003.
