General Dentist At Summit Dental Health - Dundee at Mortenson Dental Partners

Alvin Samuels has a diverse work experience in the field of dentistry. Alvin is currently working as an Assistant Professor of General Dentistry at Creighton University School of Dentistry since 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a General Dentist at Summit Dental Health - Dundee, employed by Mortenson Dental Partners, starting in 2020.

Alvin also has teaching experience as a Sophomore Operative Dentistry Lab Instructor at Creighton University School of Dentistry from 2021 to 2022.

Before joining academia, Alvin served as a Dental Officer/General Dentist in the US Navy. Alvin worked at the ADM Joel T. Boone Branch Health Clinic at JEB Little Creek from July 2019 to August 2020. Prior to that, they were a Dental Officer/General Dentist on the USS GEÂÜÀòÂÒÂ×E WASHINGTON, a Navy aircraft carrier, from July 2016 to July 2019. During their time in the Navy, Alvin provided comprehensive dental services, worked in a group practice, and fulfilled collateral duties as the Infection Control and Supply Officer.

Before embarking on their professional career, Alvin pursued a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Creighton University from 2011 to 2015.

Alvin Samuels' education history includes several degrees and certifications in the field of dentistry. Alvin started their education in 2002 at Omaha Central High School, where they obtained their high school diploma in 2006. After that, they attended Creighton University from 2006 to 2010 and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Creighton University from 2011 to 2015.

In 2015, Alvin Samuels completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at Naval Station Norfolk - AEGD. Alvin also obtained various certifications during their education journey. In 2015, they received a Dental License from the Utah Department of Commerce - Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing, as well as certifications in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) from the American Red Cross and WREBS Board Certification from the Western Regional Examining Board.

Alvin Samuels further enhanced their skills and knowledge in dentistry by completing another Advanced Education in General Dentistry program awarded by the US Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery in 2016. More recently, in 2020, they obtained a Dental License from the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services and the Iowa Dental Board. These certifications and degrees showcase Alvin Samuels' dedication to their field and their commitment to continuing education and professional development.
