Ciarra Wooten is an experienced professional currently serving as Development Manager at MORTAR since June 2023, and co-founder and producer of WARMTH Culture, LLC, a Black and Queer-led music series in Cincinnati, OH, focused on creating inclusive spaces for creatives. Previously, Wooten held roles such as Development Manager at WordPlay Cincy, and ArtsECO Program Manager at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where the ArtsECO initiative aimed to foster educational change through the arts. Additional experience includes Workforce Development Coordinator at ArtWorks Cincinnati, Education and Development Coordinator at the World Affairs Council - Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, and online teaching roles. Ciarra Wooten holds a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Language and Literature from The Ohio State University, with a concentration in Slavic Studies and International Development Studies.
