Yuanyuan Yang has a strong background in analog and mixed-signal IC design. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at The University of Melbourne, leading the development of Australia's first high resolution vision prosthesis chip for the Bionic Eye project. Yuanyuan'sresponsibilities included system integration, power management, ESD protection, and wireless designs. From 2015 to 2020, Yuanyuan joined the University of Sydney, where they focused on cryogenic ASIC designs for quantum computation platforms. Yuanyuan developed analog and mixed-signal ICs for quantum bits control and read-out, operating ASICs at cryogenic temperatures. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Morse Micro as an Analog IC Design Engineer, working on low-power and long-range radio development for IoT. Yuanyuan'srole involves developing analog, RF, and mixed-signal ICs for IEEE 802.11ah radios.
Yuanyuan Yang obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Integrated Circuits for Biomedical Implants from UNSW, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Prior to this, they completed a Master's Degree in Integrated Circuit Design, specializing in ESD protection techniques and circuits, at Southeast University from 2006 to 2009. Yuanyuan Yang began their educational journey at Southeast University, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications and Microelectronics from 2002 to 2006.
