Ria Polly Thomas has worked as a Firmware Engineer at Morse Micro since September 2022. Prior to joining Morse Micro, they worked at Intelligraphics from December 2015 to September 2022, where they held various roles including Module Lead from April 2021 to September 2022, Senior Software Engineer from April 2018 to March 2021, Software Engineer from December 2015 to March 2018, and Intern from June 2015 to November 2015.

Ria Polly Thomas completed their postgraduate degree in Embedded Systems from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Govt. Engineering College, Idukki, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala from 2009 to 2013. In 2008, they completed their Class 12 education at Alphonsa Residential School, Bharananganam, Kerala. Ria also completed their Class 10 education at Alphonsa Residential School, Bharananganam, Kerala in 2006.
