Jennifer Ferat serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Professional Development at MORS Military Operations Research Society since October 2015. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of Principal at Steps to Success Consulting, where key responsibilities included enhancing organizational effectiveness, executive coaching, and developing human resources systems. Earlier experience includes a role as a Professional Staff Member at Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory, focusing on human resources and technical recruitment, and serving as Director of Staff Recruitment/Human Resources at Menno Haven Retirement Communities. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University and a Master’s degree from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School.
