Harrison Schramm is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations research and analytics, currently serving as Phalanx Editor at MORS since May 2024 and as Founder and CEO of Schramm and Associates since April 2023. Previously, Schramm held significant leadership roles within INFORMS, including Chair of the Edelman Gala, President of the Analytics Society, and General Chair of the Conference on Security. Schramm has also contributed as Principal Research Scientist at Group W and as a Non-Resident Senior Fellow at the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, complemented by Navy Pilot Training.
