Tommy Philips is an experienced international sales professional with a strong background in the railway and engineering sectors. As the International Sales Manager for Mors Smitt since May 2015, Tommy oversees turnover, order intake, branding, and market share in the European and Russian Railway markets. Prior roles include serving as Export Manager for Value8 Tech Group, where responsibilities included global export management and dealer network development. Tommy also worked as a Sales Engineer at Spirax Sarco, an International Business Coordinator for the Bonnema Group, and Owner/Consultant of Devotus Business & Management Consulting. Earlier career experience includes roles at Bal Seal Engineering Europe BV and the Royal Dutch Navy, coupled with a robust educational background including degrees in Industrial Engineering and Information Technology from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and LOI Hogeschool, respectively.
