John (Sean) Hogan is currently the Head of Operations at Morrow Group. John has previously worked as an Investment Fellow at the University of Virginia Licensing & Ventures Group and as the Chief Administrative and Finance Officer at Credit Builders Alliance.

At the University of Virginia Licensing & Ventures Group, John (Sean) Hogan was responsible for performing in-depth due diligence for 3 proposed seed round investments in medtech and software industries, completing market and investor analysis for a portfolio company in discovery tools industry, and developing financial projections for a pre-revenue medtech company.

As the Chief Administrative and Finance Officer at Credit Builders Alliance, John (Sean) Hogan was responsible for building, maintaining, and reporting on $2.5M organizational budget, overseeing development of pricing and product operations strategies for 5 new products, decreasing administrative expenses by 10%, and managing GAAP financial records. John also hired, trained, and directly supervised a four-person team to execute CBA’s financial, operational, IT, and HR needs.

John (Sean) Hogan has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. John also has a certification from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in Master of Business Administration.
