Eugene "Bim" Miller currently serves as the Senior Director of Dining Services at Unidine since February 2024 and has also held the position of Senior Director of Operations at Morrison Living since October 2020. Prior to these roles, Eugene Miller was the District Manager at Elior North America/Cura Hospitality from January 2018 to October 2020 and served as the Director of Dining Services at Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community from May 2014 to December 2017.
