Nina Olufsen is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership and commercial roles. Currently serving as Chief Strategy & People Officer at ScaleAQ and Group CCO & Strategy, Nina also holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer. Additionally, Nina is a Board Member at SpareBank 1 SMN and Holta Invest AS, and serves as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer at Morris Stockholm. With advisory roles at Antler and a history of leadership at Mylna Gruppen AS and Orangery Design AB, Nina has demonstrated a strong track record in both executive and board capacities. Previous experience includes a pivotal role as the Konserndirektør Bolig at Mestergruppen AS, managing the Housing division, and serving as Executive VP & CFO at Norrøna Sport AS, where responsibilities included supply chain management. Education includes a Master's in Finance from BI Norwegian Business School and studies at the University of Oslo.
