Mr. Schwarz joined MPH in 2016 as Director of Business Development with primary responsibilities in the Permian and Delaware Basins and East Texas. Mr. Schwarz was formerly with Enterprise Products for 32 years, primarily working as a Project Management Director in their Capital Projects Group and Marketing and Asset Managing Director in their Gas Processing Group. During his Engineering tenure he primarily directed the design, engineering, construction and operations for Louisiana and Texas natural gas and liquids pipelines, compressors, measurement facilities and underground natural gas storage caverns, and is thoroughly knowledgeable in ASME Codes and CFR Title 49, Parts 192 and 195. While in the Gas Processing Group his primary role involved contracting third party gas producers to process their gas at Enterprise Facilities and the overall planning and reliability of the Processing Plants, Pipelines and Compressors in West Texas, East Texas and Southeast New Mexico.

Mr. Schwarz received his BSME from the University of Kentucky in 1978 and began his career with Texaco Inc. prior to joining Enterprise Products. He received his Certified Welding Inspectors Certificate in 1986 and Texas Professional Engineering License in Mechanical Engineering in 2003.
