Shalan Fry is an experienced educational professional with a robust background in leadership and teacher development. Currently serving as the Training Manager at Morris-Jenkins since July 2017, Shalan has previously held positions such as Principal at Highland Renaissance Academy and Assistant Principal at Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools, where responsibilities included coaching teachers, managing school budgets, enhancing community partnerships, and supporting data-driven instruction. With a foundational role in both K-2 administration and instructional facilitation, Shalan has significantly contributed to student success through professional development and strategic planning. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Winthrop University and a Master of Education in Literacy from Queens University of Charlotte, along with a Bachelor of Science in Education from SUNY Geneseo.
