Craig Dickens has extensive work experience in the customer service and customer care roles. Craig started their career as a Customer Service Manager at MORRIS HOMES (MIDLANDS) LIMITED in January 2019. In May 2019, they transitioned to the role of Customer Services Manager at Morris Homes Ltd, where they worked until November 2021. Craig then took on the position of Head of Customer Care at the same company in October 2021.
Craig Dickens has a BSC (hons) degree in building surveying from De Montfort University.
