Virajitha Mahadiulwewa is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in management and operations within the food and beverage sector. Currently serving as the Restaurant Duty Manager for the Marmor fine dining restaurant at the ARDO Hotel, Virajitha is part of the pre-opening team for Townsville’s first five-star hotel. Previous roles include participating in the Cinnamon LEAD Management Development Program across various resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives, and working as a Food & Beverage Operations Coordinator at Victoria Golf & Country Resort under John Keells Holdings PLC. Virajitha's career commenced with a pre-opening position at Bentota Beach and includes foundational training at Cinnamon Grand Colombo. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management and a Higher National Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality.
