Helen Billson has extensive work experience in project management and operations. Helen is currently the Director of Operations at Morris Adjmi Architects since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked at OMA for 15 years, serving as Project Development Director from April 2015 to July 2023 and as Project Manager from October 2008 to March 2015. Helen also worked at the London Borough of Southwark, where they were a Project Manager for the Housing Strategy division from February 2006 to September 2008 and a Project Officer for the Temporary Accommodation division from February 2003 to January 2006. Helen began their career as a Project Assistant at Cinnamon Club from January 2001 to January 2003.

Helen Billson began their education in 1993 at the University of Port Elizabeth, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Helen completed their studies in 1997. After several years in the field, Helen decided to further their education and enrolled at The Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL in 2000. Over the course of two years, they obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Architecture with a focus on the Space Syntax Laboratory. In 2006, Helen returned to academia and pursued a Master of Science in Real Estate: Housing Development at the University of Greenwich. Helen completed this program in 2008, further expanding their knowledge and expertise in the field of architecture.
