Dotan Mazor has been working in the technology and internet industry since 2002. Dotan began their career as a Software and Internet Project Manager, Advisor and Lecturer for their own business, Dotan Mazor - Internet & Technology. In 2006, they became the C.E.O. of CEQM Israel Ltd., a service and customer behavior services provider in Israel. That same year, they also took on the role of Board Member for "Hamakor" Israeli N.P.O. From 2007 to 2016, they worked as a Software Support Engineer for Knock N' Lock and then as a Technical Support Engineer for XMPie. Since 2022, Dotan has been working as a Senior Support Engineer for Morphisec.

Dotan Mazor's education history includes a Practical Engineer degree in Architecture from Ort Bar-Giora from 1994 to 1996, and a L.L.B. in Law and Business Management from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, Dotan has obtained seven certifications from Skillsoft and LinkedIn since 2021, including Root Cause Analysis: Getting to the Root of Business Problems from LinkedIn in June 2022.
