Philip Fortuna is an accomplished leadership coach with extensive experience since 2018, currently coaching General Partners at Morph Capital, the leadership team at Kin AI, and the CEO and founder at Ayd, among others. In addition to coaching, Philip serves as a board member at Screenly, Inc., providing guidance on leadership, strategy, and go-to-market practices. As the founder of Fortuna Consulting, Philip specializes in addressing growth pains within scaling organizations through innovative workshops. Previously, Philip co-founded Replete®Health and held coaching roles at various firms, including Scaleup Finance and Gruvi. Philip holds a B.Sc. in International Business from Copenhagen Business School and has studied entrepreneurship at Y Combinator's Startup School.
