Vicki Martin is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Team Leader - Change and P&C Systems Implementation at Mornington Peninsula Shire since November 2022. In this role, Vicki is part of a project team focused on the implementation of corporate HR systems as part of a larger systems replacement initiative. Prior to this, Vicki held various HR leadership positions, including HR Manager - People Success at Peninsula Grammar and Head of Global Human Resources at Sealite Pty Ltd, where responsibilities included leading strategic HR initiatives and supporting business expansion. Vicki's HR expertise is further supported by a Diploma of Business in Human Resources Management from Swinburne University.
