Terry Calcinai has extensive experience in food production and agriculture, currently serving as a Dice Colleague at The Morning Star Company since July 1998. Prior to this role, Terry worked as a Production Supervisor at Cedenco Foods from January 1986 to November 1996, where responsibilities included scheduling production and managing staff while overseeing sterilizing equipment and fillers. Terry was self-employed from October 1981 to January 1986 as a shearer, fencer, and horticulturist, focusing on shearing sheep, erecting fences, and managing fruit orchards. Earlier experience includes a position as a Farm Worker at Bournebrook Station from April 1979 to September 1981, performing animal and field husbandry tasks.
