Simon Taylor is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Morning Foods Ltd since July 2018, Simon has previously held key roles such as Site Engineering Manager at Dairygold, Project Engineering Manager at Müller UK & Ireland Group, and Engineering Maintenance Manager at Dairy Crest. With a solid foundation in maintenance engineering from early career positions, including roles at Northcliffe Newspapers and The Co-operative Group, Simon has developed a strong expertise in project management, engineering efficiency, and team leadership. Educational qualifications include an ONC & HNC in Mechanical Engineering from South Cheshire College.
