Maia Hansen is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software architecture, technical program management, and data innovation. Currently, Maia serves as the Director of Engineering for the ML & Analytics Portfolio at Morning Consult since March 2022. Prior roles include Vice President of Engineering at High Fidelity and Senior Technical Program Manager. Maia has notable experience as a Presidential Innovation Fellow at NOAA, focusing on technology advancements and enabling public access to NOAA's data resources. Maia's technical expertise extends through positions at the New York Genome Center, Broad Institute, Brightcove, Crimson Hexagon, Endeca, and Mindseye Technology Inc., where contributions encompassed data management, software development, and engineering leadership across various sectors.
