Seth Hatlestad possesses extensive experience in construction management, having held various roles where responsibilities included project management, budget oversight, scheduling, and team coordination. Currently, Seth serves as a Project Manager at Morley Builders since May 2015 and is also the Owner/Operator of Core Construction, LLC since May 2014. Previous positions include Director of Construction at Orion Capital Partners, Project Manager at Riis Borg Construction, Project Engineer roles at Rudolph and Sletten and Vratsinas Construction Company, and Safety Director/Manager Assistant at Robert Gibb & Sons, Inc. Seth's expertise encompasses project estimating, subcontractor procurement, and leading construction activities, supported by a solid educational foundation from the University of Iowa.
