Alejandro Rohde

Senior Director, Food Safety & Quality at Mori

Alejandro leads the Food Safety and Quality Assurance function for Mori Foods. He comes in with 20 years of experience in the Food and Beverage Industry mostly with multibillion CPG companies such as Nestle, Heinz, KHC and Pinnacle Foods.

Throughout his career he has worked and lead teams domestically and internationally. His product background is very broad including several different types of processes, preservation methods, target consumers and packaging configurations. He spent multiple years at different plant sites as part of the Quality and Food Safety function before going into corporate roles where he had responsibility for entire divisions and zones.

Alejandro received a bachelor’s degree in Food Science from La Escuela Politecnica del Litoral, back in his hometown of Guayaquil, Ecuador. He is also a Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma Greenbelt.
