Currently serving at Morguard Management since January 2018, Dean oversees multi-family operations in major U.S. cities. Prior to this role, Dean held key positions at AZ Management, directing operations for residential properties, and provided consulting services at N. Dean Allison. Dean's significant experience includes a tenure as Vice President at The NRP Group LLC, where leadership was provided for property management across numerous states. Dean's background also includes roles in human resources at MTD and Tremco Roofing and Building Maintenance. A graduate of The University of Akron, Dean is active in professional organizations and has contributed to industry conferences.
