Tro Boghosyan, MS, P.E. is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in construction management and project engineering. Currently serving as a civil engineer at Morgner Construction Management Corp. since July 2015, Tro previously held the position of construction manager at P. Clarke and Sons Ltd. from April 2013 to June 2015. Tro's career also includes a role as senior project engineer with the US Army Corps of Engineers from March 2005 to December 2011. Tro holds a master's degree in structural engineering from Ohio University.
